FTA to Maintainability
=======================

This interconnection will allow you to be able to add CMRs linked to FTA in an MSG-3 MSI Analysis.

When selecting a dormant basic event from the desired system, the user must change its parameters. Next, the user must check ``Is CMR?`` under the "Failure Rate" field and name that particular CMR.

Then, when creating the Maintainability system (as seen above), you must choose the FTA project you would like to link to, which should be where the CMRs are located in.

.. warning::
    The "Type of Analysis" field must be set to MSG-3 MSI (as this interconnection works only for this type of analysis).

Finally, when going through the MSG-3 MSI Analysis process as usual, once you arrive to the "Answers" tab, you have the option to add tasks to specific questions. Here, you can add the CMR task, which is linked to the selected dormant basic event in the Fault Tree.
